Dr. Mary Connolly Shortlisted as YWCA Woman of Distinction

The BC Epilepsy Society is pleased to congratulate Dr. Mary Connolly on her nomination for the prestigious YWCA Women of Distiction Awards in the field of Health and Active Living. Dr. Connolly is known for going above and beyond her great work as the Head of Pediatric Neurology at UBC and BC Children's Hospital to contribute her skills and talents to her community and the causes she supports. The BC Epilepsy Society has been fortunate enough to count Dr. Connolly as a volunteer and supporter of our organization for many years, and in that time, her contributions have added immeasurable quality to our resources and efforts to improve the lives of those living with epilepsy around the province. We thank Dr. Connolly for her generosity and example, and we thank the YWCA for this opportunity to honour her.
