Share Your Story
January 18, 2012Send to a Friend
Do you want to help raise epilepsy awareness? Do you want to share your story about living with epilepsy? If so, the BC Epilepsy Society would like to hear from you! We are currently seeking individuals with epilepsy and their caregivers to share their experiences with the public.
This could be providing a quote for a newspaper article, a radio program, a TV feature or a blog. Your name and identity can be confidential.
To participate you need to be comfortable in speaking to others, have a awareness of the issues that people with epilepsy face as well as a basic understanding of common medical facts about epilepsy and seizures.
Share your inspiring stories, your struggles, and the truth about epilepsy and seizures. The general public needs to know the reality of epilepsy today.
You will be rewarded with a tremendous sense of accomplishment and pride that you have helped to make a difference in the lives of people living with epilepsy.
Please contact Marlyn Chow at info@bcepilepsy.com or at 604-875-6704 to learn how you can help.
